Billy was a huge Cardinals Baseball fan and loved the Arkansas Razorbacks. He is also survived by brothers, Jim Turnbough of Viburnum, Missouri; Edward Dunlap of Boss, Missouri; eight grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren as well as a host of nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be 2:00pm until 4:00pm, Sunday, March 29, 2015, at Griffin Leggett Conway.
